PTA

Everyone linked with the school is automatically part of the PTA. The PTA aims to provide the children and community with opportunities to come together and enjoy events that utilise our school buildings and grounds, raising money for the school at the same time. This money then directly benefits the children, through resources, and planned activities that are funded by the PTA.

Alderwood School aims to be a 'true' community school, realising how important it is that we work together to strengthen and unite our community. It is always understood that life is busy and time is precious but any time you have to support the school is always for a good cause, whether it be by being fully involved, or 'helping on the day'. It all counts!

Our regular events are our Christmas and Summer Fairs, Quiz Night, Sponsored Bounce, Easter Egg competition, Coffee Afternoon and Junior Discos.
