JUNIOR: Application for Secondary School—year 6 parents

As part of the all through school, children in year 6 intending to go to Alderwood seniors do not need to apply to county for a place as this will automatically be given to them. This is the same for children moving from Alderwood infant to Alderwood juniors - the reason for this is that we are ONE school.

However, if you wish for your child to change school in year 7, then an online application will need to be made to admissions. The opening date for this is 14th September and the closing date is 31st October. Parents are informed about the outcome of school applications in Spring 2021. Infant and junior admissions open on 1st November and close on 15th January.
