Breakfast/After School Clubs

Our Breakfast Club and After School Club for infant and junior children operate daily from the Maple Vue Children’s Centre (across the playground from the infant school). They are run by Koosa Kids (www.koosakids.co.uk) and all bookings are made by parents direct through Koosa. There is a supervised daily walking bus to and from Alderwood Junior School.

The clubs run Monday to Friday during term time.

Breakfast Club is open from 8.00am to 8.45am at Maple Vue. On arrival, children are given a healthy breakfast (optional) and there is a selection of quiet games and activities on offer. At the end of the session, the infant children are dropped directly to their classes and the junior children are safely escorted by walking bus to the junior site, ready for the start of the school day.

The After School Club operates between 3pm and 6pm at Maple Vue. Infant children are walked across to the centre at the end of the school day, while the walking bus brings the junior children. A wide selection of activities is provided to suit children of all ages.

There is also a Breakfast Club for senior site pupils which operates daily from 8am in the main canteen.
